Before the Party

Pick a date and a party start time. I need approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours for the bracelet craft. It’s best if I go first if planning multiple activities so I can have the bead tables set and ready without disrupting your other party plans. I need about 30 minutes to set up before the activity start time. I prefer to work with your dining room or other tables, but I can bring 6 foot tables and card tables too, I don’t provide chairs.

I will come to your home or other party location.

Pre-Party Checklist

After you have scheduled the party, just a couple reminders:

  • 30 minutes needed prior to activity start time to set up tables, bead trays and stringing materials.
  • Prefer dining room table. I will provide tablecloths.
  • If needed, 6-foot tables available. No chairs provided.
  • Prefer to go first to not disrupt any other party activites
  • 1 to 1 1/2 hours for craft activity
  • I will call the week before party to confirm number of attendees and any table needs.

 Information & Hints

  • Ask about parties for girls younger than six.
    (Additional adult supervision)
  • Count the chairs. Just a gentle reminder.
  • Don't forget the camera, and batteries.
